SHIPPING ORDERS
Once your order is completed, an email will be sent
to you confirming your order. If shipping delays
are expected you will be informed via email with
details.
SHIPPING COST
Flat Rate ground shipping to Continental US (48
states). Please refer to US ground shipping
charts for delivery schedule.
GROUND SHIPPING
Generally we ship by United States Postal Service -
Priority Mail where applicable.
We also ship by UPS with larger volume orders and size
and weight issues.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days AFTER
the order is processed. Orders placed after 3pm
Friday CST will begin processing on the following
Monday or next business day. Shipping times may
increase do to backordered item(s). In the event
of backordered item(s) we will notify you via e-mail.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Remember: Shipping time does not start until the
order process is complete. Ground shipping usually
takes no more than 5 business days anywhere in the
Continental US barring address errors. To
avoid delays, enter your address exactly, including
apartment numbers.
RETURN CRITERIA
100% customer satisfaction is our goal so if you
are not satisfied with your items, please contact us
via email or phone before sending anything back.
Just make sure that all items sent back are in the
original container, unused condition, with labels
and/or tags still attached. Returns must also be
sent with the original packing slip. Your credit
card will be refunded within one (1) week of receipt
of returns.
Please note, if an item is sent back to us that is
not in original condition (e.g. labels/ tags not
attached, used, damaged, mishandled, or worn) we
cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee
that it can be returned to you.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
We will issue a return
authorization for any reason; however, we absolutely
WILL NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are
sent back without an
Return Authorization Number
(RAN),
or are not sent to the correct
return
address, will not be returned
to you, and your account will not be credited, no
exceptions will be made.
To return an item, please e-mail us (within 30 days
of delivery) with your order number, and items
you want to return. You will receive, via e-mail, a
Return Authorization Number
(RAN).
Print the return e-mail and send it with your return
items. If you are returning items from multiple orders
please request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for
each individual order separately.
